In this webinar, find out the latest feature Microsoft has developed: Private channels in Teams.
Why does everyone use TEAMS in the first place?
Microsoft Teams is the ultimate communication and collaboration tool! Indeed, this tool allows teams to work in agile mode and promotes collaboration in business.
The main objective of this collaborative platform is to improve collaboration and information sharing between multiple individuals.
On the other hand, Microsoft Teams centralizes everyone's work by facilitating file storage and sharing, integrating video conferencing and Microsoft office suite tools as well as other Office 365 services. It allows teams to interact through real-time communication. This allows employees to use Teams for all their tasks while keeping track of all exchanged information.
Private channels: Sort through your Teams
The private channels feature was released on November 8, 2019, so you can ask yourself, "Again, how useful is this new feature?"
Let us use an example: Some services are required to create new teams in order to transmit confidential information to a few employees, so this leads to the multiplication of teams and at times, confusion among employees.
The aim of private channels is therefore to optimize its teams, including its different channels and members.
