In February 2021, Microsoft announced the gradual release of the services included in the Microsoft Viva platform. Integrated with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams, this platform aims to boost the employee experience. In this course, we will return to the genesis of this platform designed to improve our daily lives. What is an employee experience platform? How will Microsoft Viva enable us to work better on a daily basis? We will answer these questions with demonstrations that will concretely present the 4 modules that make up Viva. Viva Topics, Viva Insights, Viva Connections and Viva Learning bring together all the areas of improvement provided by Microsoft: communication, knowledge, learning, skills, well-being and productivity.
All trainings are conducted by expert trainers with a focus on communicating efficiently in Microsoft Teams.

Prerequisite: It is preferable, but not necessary, to know Microsoft 365 fundamentals, including: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft SharePoint.
