Adding Staff Members
To begin, you need to add staff members to your calendar's staff list. Follow these steps: 1. **Access Settings**: Navigate to the settings section of your calendar. 2. **View Staff List**: Once in the 'Staff' section, you will see a list of current employees. 3. **Add New Member**: Click the button to add a new member. A pop-up window will appear. 4. **Enter Details**: You can enter the name of a person, a group, or an email address. Additionally, you have the option to personalize this entry with a color for easy identification in the calendar. -
