Upon submission, I received a form that required adjustments. After approving the initial proposal, Copilot suggested a range of themes. I selected one theme to draw from a more extensive style panel. For instance, for question two, I wanted to offer multiple choices. Copilot executed this by creating a new multiple-choice question while retaining the original, which I needed to delete. -
Refining Questions
I found the phrasing of questions four and five disorganized and wished to combine them into a Likert scale question. After a few moments, Copilot correctly merged the two questions into one but kept the old ones, necessitating manual deletion during my review of the forms. -
Finalizing the Survey
I took the opportunity to add a question at the end of the form regarding overall satisfaction on a scale of 1 to 10. Additionally, I removed a redundant question that was not suitable for the scale. I also wanted to include questions about the consumption habits of the drinks, which Copilot executed efficiently. -
Distribution and Accessibility
With the survey finalized, the next step was to choose a suitable theme and distribute the form for completion. Options for distribution included a QR code, an embedded iframe, an email, or a direct link. It is important to note that the form remains editable, particularly for options related to mandatory completion and other settings. -
Conclusion
The integration of Copilot for forms has significantly aided in the creation of my questionnaire. While substantial manual adjustments were necessary to ensure the survey's relevance and usability, the assistance provided throughout all stages of my marketing project has been invaluable.
