Navigating the Interface
Outlook's interface is organized into several key components: - **Ribbon**: Located at the top, the ribbon allows users to perform different actions based on the module they are currently using. - **Folder Pane**: Found on the left side, this pane displays all mail folders when in the mail module. - **Navigation Bar**: Positioned below the ribbon, it enables users to switch between different modules seamlessly. -
Working with Messages
To the right of the folder pane, users will see a list of messages from the selected folder. Clicking on a message opens it in the reading pane.
