Selecting the Calendar to Change
To begin, you need to select the calendar you wish to modify. Click on the name of your calendar displayed on the interface. You can choose from your open calendars or open an existing one that you want to edit. -

Once you have selected the calendar, navigate to the settings section. The last two panes in the settings menu are specifically related to your Booking page. Here, you can adjust the visibility of the page and access advanced settings. -
Customizing the Booking Page
In this section, you can customize the appearance of your Booking page, select your company's time zone, and set the privacy options. The link to your Booking page remains the same, but the access permissions can be modified based on your preferences. -
Privacy Settings Explained
You have three privacy options for your Booking page: - **No Self-Service**: Only you can use the link, and unauthorized users will receive an error message. - **Available to People in Your Organization**: Only members defined by your network administrator can access the link. - **Available to Anyone**: This option allows anyone with the link to access the Booking page. Remember to click the save button after making any changes to the privacy settings. -
Business Page Access Control
The Business page access control feature allows you to redirect customers to the latest version of Bookings or require a one-time password for reservations. This enhances security and ensures that only authorized users can make bookings. -
Configuring Customer Data Consent
In the settings, you can also configure consent for the use of customer data. This is essential for compliance with data protection regulations and to maintain customer trust. -
Default Scheduling Policy
The default scheduling policy allows you to set a time interval between two bookings.
