Replying to Messages
When you receive a message, you have the option to reply directly to the sender. By selecting the 'Reply' option in the reading pane, the sender's email address is automatically populated in the 'To' field, allowing for a seamless response. -
Using Reply All
The 'Reply All' command is useful when you want to respond to the original sender and all other recipients of the message. This command automatically includes the sender and all other recipients in the 'To' field, ensuring that everyone is kept in the loop. -
Forwarding Messages
When forwarding a message, the 'To', 'Cc', and 'Bcc' fields are initially empty. You must manually enter at least one recipient in the 'To' field. To forward multiple messages simultaneously, hold down the Control key while selecting each message and then click 'Forward' in the ribbon. Each selected message will be attached to a new email. -
