PowerPoint - Present Live Tutorial
In this video, you will learn about the "Present Live" feature in PowerPoint.
This feature allows you to make engaging presentations for participants.
It is only available in the web version of PowerPoint.
You can start your presentation by clicking on the slideshow and selecting "Present Live." You have the option to choose your audience, either people in your organization or anyone.
A home screen will appear, and participants can join your presentation by using the generated link or scanning the QR code.
You can share the link with others by clicking on it.
During the presentation, you can see the number of people who are connected.
The toolbar provides options to activate your microphone, change slides, view all slides, turn subtitles on or off, and view session information.
You can also end or suspend your presentation.
Participants can choose to display subtitles in their preferred language, navigate through presented slides, and react with emojis.
After the presentation, participants will receive an automated survey, and you will receive an email with the survey results and a five-star rating.
This feature is beneficial for creating interactive and engaging presentations in PowerPoint.
